Roberta (Robin) Joyce Wells Blackburn was born in Bristol, England on December 29, 1926 and passed away on September 16, 2021 at home in Jacksonville, FL. She is survived by her son, David Roston Blackburn, Jr. (Vickie Cooper) of Jacksonville, FL, her daughter, Charlotte Blackburn Colson (Richard Placzek) of Marble Hill, GA. and many loving family and friends in England and the United States. A service will be held on October 2, 2021 at 11:30AM at St. John's Cathedral's Cummings Chapel in Jacksonville. Interment will follow immediately in the Bishop's Garden. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to the Jacksonville Humane Society.
