Robert “Bobby” Julian Wells, age 74, passed on January 8, 2023 at his home in St. Johns, FL. He was born on February 14, 1948 in Jacksonville, FL. After serving in the Navy, Bob worked in the auto industry for Mike Shad Ford, King Crown Ford and Auto Nation as the Body Shop Manager.
Bob was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Edna Wells, and brother David William Wells. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jeanine M. Wells, daughters Shelley M. Davis and Natalie J. (Alexander) Braddock, his sister Ann Pike and brother Tommy (Diana) Wells, and grandchildren Clayton Kromberg, Riley Davis and Kennedy Kromberg.
A visitation for Robert will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Legacy Lodge, 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The interment will take place at Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207.
