Rick was an honorable man who loved his family dearly. In addition to his love for his family, he was an avid Florida Gator and Jacksonville Jaguar's fan. GO GATORS! He also enjoyed Nascar racing and country music.
Rick was preceded in death by his son: Christopher Lewis Smith, father: Richard Henry Smith, mother: Ellaymah Marzetta Smith, neice: Alicia Marie Britt, sister: Debra Smith, and brother-in-law: Kenny Clark.
He is survived by his daugther: Angela Louise Taylor, daughter: Patricia Spraggins (Bryce), son: Richard Henry Smith III, and son: Patrick Smith,
grandchildren: Stephanie Taylor, Sierra Heist (Doran), Summer Borges, Kara Smith, Kayla Smith, Caleb Carpenter, Kylan Carpenter, Kylie Spraggins, Sawyer Cook, Madison Smith, and Brylee Spraggins, great-grandchildren: Madax and Astin Heist, sister: Darlene Clark, sister: Sandra Sarles, and sister: Ellaymah Radford (Chaney), and former wife: Peggy Sue Money, and many nieces, nephews cousins and cherished friends.
