Richard "Dick" Hoffman, (82) of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014. He retired from NAS Jax after 32 years as a Computer Specialist. He volunteered for various organizations. He is survived by his wife, Miriam Hall Hoffman (of 61 years), three children- Connie Hoffman, Daryl Hoffman (Donna), Debbie Reynolds, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great- grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, November 24, 2014 at Hardage-Giddens on Edgewood, 729 S Edgewood Ave Jacksonville, FL. Interment will be at 2:30 PM at Jax National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd Jacksonville. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM, Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Hardage-Giddens on Edgewood (904-388-2711).
