Pat took on life with zest and vitality. He was an avid golfer, hunter, and of course, fisherman. He became a renown collector of T.E. Lawrance books and publications.
But his true passion overwhelmed him in the early 1990’s when the power of the Holy Spirit stirred a lifelong dedication to God in him. He was fully conscious of and acted on his deep faith more overtly for the remainder of his life. He consumed endless publications and involvement with dozens of Catholic associations, and provided spiritual and financial support most generously until his passing.
Pat was blessed with a wonderful upbringing by his deceased parents: James Keenan St and Alfreda (nee Binowski) Keenan. He is survived by his older brother, James Jr, younger sister Katherine, and younger brother, Michael. He was a good uncle to his niece Violet Mangene (Honolulu, HI) and nephew James D Keenan (Manayunk, PA).
Pat will be buried alongside Lucy Chow in West Hartford, CT.
A funeral service for Patrick will be held Friday, August 9, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph's Historic Church, 4214 Loretto Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32223.
