Patricia Eileen McFadden

Patricia enjoy crocheting, antique thrift shopping, roller skating, playing on her IPAD and she was the best Rummy Player around. She also enjoyed the beach, her red cowboy boots; Hershey’s chocolate, being entertained with a good book or thrilling movie, her dogs and especially relaxing in bed with her grandchildren. Her favorite types of music were classical, Jimmy Buffett, Jason Maraz and Elvis!

“Meme” taught those around her to stay positive, laugh often, to live life to the fullest and that Family is everything.

Surviving Patricia are husband of 24 years, Reginald Leon McFadden; daughters, Decie Meziere and Kelly Starratt; step-children, Lee McFadden, Chris McFadden and Janis McFadden; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death are her parents, Archie Dawson Sweat and Myrtle Sweat; brother, Timothy Sweat and niece Pamela Sands.

A visitation for Patricia will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will occur Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A committal service will occur Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
