Nancy T. Payne, 78, of Jacksonville, FL passed away peacefully at her home with her children by her side. She was born in Jacksonville, FL to Edward Andrew Rogers and Dora Elizabeth Lunsford on April 26, 1945. She was a wonderful person, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to many. She enjoyed retirement and lived a simple life to the fullest. She had the biggest heart for animals. She adopted many dogs and would make her home theirs.
