Nancy D. Dickson

DICKSON Nancy Diane Dickson, 69, went home to the Lord on March 9, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born March, 18, 1942 in Tampa, FL to Clovis A. White and Lillie Mae White. Diane, as she preferred to be called was an avid reader, passionate cook and loved the Lord. She loved helping anyone in need and was always the rock of our family. Preceded in death by her mother, Lillie White, Father, Clovis White, Brother, Chris A. White, children Nancy Jo Dickson, Dana Rae Dickson and former husband John E. Dickson. She is survived by her loving children, Debra C. Dickson, John P. Dickson and Shannon Dickson-McLaughlin, Grandchildren, Ruby Elaine Cross (Gareth), Heather Rene Dickson and Amber Victoria Czarnik. Great-grandchildren Paige Cross, Joseph E. Cross and Kaidyn N. Dickson and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and many many friends and her beloved cat Misty. A public viewing will be held Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm and a Memorial Celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 2pm in the chapel at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home Blanding Chapel 5753 Blanding Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl. 32244.
