Merrilee had many interests. She was an accomplished harpist, who volunteered her musical talents to organizations such as Wolfson Children's Hospital. She also loved puzzles, cross-stitch, reading, ballroom dancing, and spending time with friends and family.
She was deeply loved by those who knew her and will be remembered for the warmth and care she brought into the lives of others. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Renfroe; daughter, Stephanie Ray (Joshua); sister, Barbara Hansen; brother, Stephen Dick (Tonya); and their beloved one and only grandchild, Ruby Ray. She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother Robert Dick, Jr.
A celebration of life will be held at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, FL on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 2:00 PM. She will be laid to rest at a later date at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
