Mary "Fran" Spillane

after a short stay at Community Hospice in Jacksonville Florida.

She graduated from Ocala High School (1950). She started out as a full-time homemaker but

later in life found a career as a retail manager for General Nutrition Stores and managed several

stores in the Jacksonville area. She enjoyed bowling, bingo and traveling but was most fond of

spending time with her family (especially her Grand Children). She loved her church, Faith

Memorial Baptist, and was an active member and was a witness for Jesus Christ to anyone

she would meet.

She is proceeded in death by her husband Richard M. Spillane, her parents Alton L. Knox and

Grace Bennett and her sister Irma Nell Reid.

She is survived by her children: Dewey Robert Darden (Sharon), Mary Gail Rood (Lou), Larry

Alton Darden and Rosella Grace Brzezinski (Eddie). Her Grandchildren: Bridgett Mixson, Dawn Darden, Anna Darden, Cindy Youngs, Robert Darden, Shunta Allen and Sasha Brzezinski and Numerous Great Grandchildren.

Her services are as follows:

Visitation: Monday December 30, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Hardage Giddens Riverside
