Mary L. Shover, age 65, passed away on April 21, 2015 at St. Vincent’s Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville. She was born on November 13, 1949 in Baltimore, MD to George Sr. and Mary Shover. She has been a resident of Jacksonville since 1956 coming from Baltimore, MD.
Prior to retirement Ms. Shover owned Mary’s Pizza Italiano Restaurant in Jacksonville for 15 years.
Mary is survived by her mother Mary A Shover of Jacksonville, one daughter Mary C. Cooper of Jacksonville, FL and a son Richard Cooper Jr. of Jacksonville, FL. She also leaves two brothers, James D. Shover of Jacksonville and George Shover of Middleburg, FL and her sister Cindy A. Shover of Jacksonville, FL.
A visitation will be held on April 25, 2015 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207.
A funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 25, 2015 in the St. Nicholas Room at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn.
Interment will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL.
