Mary Kathryn Rockwood, 94, passed away March 3, 2020 in Orange Park, Florida.
Mary graduated from Leon High School in Tallahassee before moving to Jacksonville. She married Perry W. Rockwood in 1948 and had three children. In 1965, the family moved to Orange Park where she was a long time member of Island View Baptist Church, the Orange Park Lionellas and the Orange Park Debutante Coterie. She enjoyed volunteering for the Young At Heart for many years.
She is predeceased in death by her husband, Perry, and granddaughter, Anne Villalva. She is survived by her children, Cindy Rockwood, Rocky Rockwood and Kathy Peninger, her three grandchildren, Aimee, Tim and Kati and five great grandsons, along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation and services will be held, March 12, at 11:00 AM at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
