Mary Nipper McNeil, age 81, passed away Friday, January 18, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. Mary was born March 17, 1931 in Douglas, Georgia to Calvin and Viola (Anderson) Nipper. Mary was an avid gardener, enjoyed fishing, and an animal lover. She is preceded in death by one granddaughter Shellie Sullivan. Survivors include one daughter Marcelle Taylor (Ronnie); one son Martin Sullivan (Debbie); three grandchildren Jason Britt, Chris Sullivan (Autumn), and Monica Faulkner; three great grandchildren Blake Sullivan, Victoria Faulkner, and Logan Sullivan. Family will receive friends and family on Monday January 21, 2013 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at Hardage- Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Riverside Memorial Park in Jacksonville, FL.
