Mary Beissinger of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 23 at 11:30 am at New Center Memorial Park, Jacksonville.
Born May 6, 1931 in New York City, Mary moved with her parents, Charles and Doris Ganson, to Jacksonville in 1948. She attended two years of college at the University of Florida before meeting and marrying her first husband, Leon Zimmerman.
With Leon, she raised a family of four boys and worked for many years in the family business, Radco Distributors, as an administrator. In addition, she had a fashion consultation business, as well as a named makeup line. She was active in National Women Business Owners in Jacksonville.
In 2003, she married Walter Beissinger in Jacksonville where they resided until his passing in 2016.
Mary is survived by her sons Mark (Ellen) and Robert; her daughters-in-law Elizabeth and Suzanne; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her sons Donald and Scott, as well as by her first husband, Leon.

A graveside service for Mary will be held Friday, December 23, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at New Center Memorial Park Cemetery, 43rd and Liberty Streets, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
