Martin Lewis McBryde

Marty was born on July 17, 1969, in Amarillo Texas to Ronald Lee McBryde and Elaine Carol McBryde. He graduated in 1988 from Harvest Christian Academy in Jacksonville. He worked as a Tree Surgeon, Millwright and Auto Mechanic. He enjoyed the growing of exotic plants and palm trees as a hobby, and enjoyed movies and country music as entertainment.

He is survived by his children, Kimberly Dawn McBryde, Logan David McBryde, Devin Dean McBryde and Garrett Wade McBryde; his two grandsons, Cody Michael McBryde and Kai Robert McBryde; both of his parents; one sister, Toni Lynn McBryde of Jacksonville; and one brother, John Leslie McBryde and his wife Marcia of Orange Park. He was preceded in death by his son Cody Lee McBryde.

Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 22, 2024 at Southpoint Baptist Church, 3335 Tiger Hole Road, Jacksonville, FL, 32216, followed immediately at 11:00 a.m. with a Service and Remembrance. Interment will be at 12:30 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL, 32207. In lieu of flowers, donations to Missions at Southpoint Baptist Church are requested.
