Born on April 2, 1956, in DeLand, Florida, Marc was a dedicated family man, a talented musician, and a devout Christian.
Marc is survived by his loving wife, Teri Taylor; his children, Courtney Daughtery (Jason), Christine Hulsey (Chris), Jessica Farrar (Alex), and Thomas Taylor (EveLynn); his grandchildren, Addison, Brady, Brantley, Nolan, Tyler, Hazel, and Abigail; and his sister, Linda Cross (Larry). He was preceded in death by his parents, Christine and Thomas Taylor.
Marc was a skilled product purchaser, working at Beaver Street Fisheries and Sysco Foods International. After semi-retiring, Marc joined Aida as the warehouse manager. Beyond his career, Marc was a passionate musician. He was a talented trombonist and singer, performing in the church orchestra, the Westside Jax Jazz Ensemble, and the Joyful Spirit quartet. He was a faithful member of Westside Baptist Church since October 1984.
A funeral service will be held at Westside Baptist Church on December 7th at 11:00 AM to celebrate Marcus’s life.
Marc will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the many people whose lives he touched through his music and kindness.
