Lonie L. Riddle was born on December 4, 1921 in Blountstown, FL. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 5, 2013. She loved life, her family, church and friends. She was an avid reader and was very strong and independent. She will live in our hearts forever and we will always cherish the times we spent together. Surviving family members include: son Keith A. Thagard, daughter Mary Frances Hammond, granddaughters Kimberly and Mary Lee Coski, Laurie Connell (Jason), great-grandchildren Devin Carpenter, Eden and Holden Connell and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 from 5:00-7:00pm. Funeral services will be on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 2:00pm with interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park. Reverend Bill Turner officiating. The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers and support in many heartfelt forms including Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
