Lisa Lord Jacobs

She was born in Commerce, GA to Larry and Louise Lord. Lisa worked in the Extended Day Program at Liberty Pines Academy in St. Johns County, FL. She loved spending time with her family and was a devoted member of Swiss Cove Christian Church, where she served the Lord alongside her husband, Jim.

Lisa is survived by her husband of over 30 years, Jim Jacobs; her parents, Larry and Louise Lord; son, Matthew Jacobs and his wife, Kay; daughter, Kristen Jacobs; brother, Lowell Lord and his wife, Valarie; along with many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 8 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, July 9 at Swiss Cove Christian Church, 1965 State Road 13, St. Johns, FL 32259, with a reception immediately following at the church, and on Friday, July 13 at Galilee Christian Church in Jefferson, GA, with the burial following in Grey Hill Cemetery in Commerce, GA.
