Linda Faye Wright-Blount, age 76, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on December 13, 2022. She was born to Albert Wright and Gladys Walden-Wright on January 22, 1946. She graduated from Technical High School in 1964 and married Winston Franklin Blount on October 23, 1965.
Linda worked in the insurance industry as a secretary for many years. For recreation she enjoyed ceramics and belonged to a bowling league. She also was a member of the Beaver Street Baptist Church.
She is survived by brother, Jimmy Wright; sisters, Barbara Akers, Elsie crews, Teresa Mumma and Flora Daniels.
Preceded in death by her husband, Winston Franklin Blount and parents Albert Wright and Gladys Walden-Wright.
A graveside service for Linda will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
