Lena V. Lysitt, 87 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014. Lena was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Anderson and Lena Purcell. She was married to James H Lysitt Jr., and was predeceased by James and her parents. She retired from First Union Bank. Lena is survived by her daughter Alethea Jensen, son Robert (Mary) Lysitt, brother William (Vivian) Purcell and sister, Joyce Shelton, six grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. A celebration of Lena’s life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 (904) 781-9262.
