I worked with, him at the US Courthouse. I was a court security officer. He was a kind, gentle and professional man. I will not forget him may be rest in God's eternal  Peace. 

Good man...Good friend... God speed !!!! I will remember all those evenings sitting in the garage havin a cold one with you and Jerry. GO GATORS !!!!!!!!!!!!

A memory that will always be etched in my mind of Larry is many years ago he had to rush Chad to the hospital for a head injury. He and Chad were in the front seat and I was in the back. Larry was driving so fast and The guard rail looked really close to the car. I just said maybe  we should slow down a little you almost hit the guard rail. He calmly said I got this , I am a professional. I was still scared and quietly  said a few prayers  in that back seat. He got us there safely! He loved his family deeply and had the kindest eyes. To all of his family and friends you are all in my prayers. My deepest condolences.

Larry, It was my honor and privilege to work with you while with the U.S. Marshals. You're an outstanding and dedicated young man and a true role model for the rest of us. Larry, you will be missed. Rest in peace brother.

It was an honor and privilege to have known and worked with Larry.  He is a credit to the United States Marshal Service, Law Enforcement and humanity.

Larry's love for his country and community was reflected in his many years of honorable service. The Lord called him home much too early for our understanding, but we must celebrate his life and his spirit.  RIP to a good man and fellow DUSM.

Rest in Peace, Larry.  You will truly be missed.  My heart is still saddened, but I know God will take wonderful care of you.

It was a blessing to have you as a neighbor.   You were always polite and respectable.  A gentleman.  You were the safe keeper of our neighborhood. You will be missed.

We in the neighborhood miss you Larry Richter.  You were not only a good neighbor but a very good friend to many of us as well.  Not going to be the same without The Marshall.  You left us way too soon but with some great U.S. Red memories.  Thanks for helping me with my mower all these years and making me "Lock your DOORS Miss Bobbie" as you just shook your head.   I hope you are at peace, and know how very much we will miss you...We are already using your favorite sayings - and there were many - and it makes us smile and laugh.  You will be remembered. Larry words can't tell you how much you are missed around here.  To hear Big Red pull up beside the road and you saunter up the driveway with your "Evening Yall" and your "word of the day" will never be forgotten.  We had our good times and bad as any friends and family will, but you must know how deeply you were loved at the Delks.  Until we meet again our friend save a seat and a cold one for us.

I met Larry as his mailman. He became a friend, that will be missed. Rest well, my friend.

Dear Larry, (Lare)                                                I think it has been over 17 years of being friends. You were more then a neighbor, always watching over me and Page. I don' know how many times we would call you in the middle of the night because we heard a noise and you would come over, and check the grounds  and Page would always feel safe ! That was the the type of person Larry was,  always there. We shared  so many laughs, you,  me and Sue. And I will never forget the long talks we had about life as we once knew it! You loved our country so much,and hung that flag proudly every day...It still hangs today ! I don't know how many people knew this but he changed that flag  every day, honoring our military men.... You were  blessed with so many friends that loved you so much. It was not all fun and games.If they needed you ,you were always there for them.   You were never a stranger to anyone, you made everyone feel welcome and special. We had just talked about the kids (now grown) and where had the time gone.... how could they have grown so much.   I said we were getting older,and you looked at me and started laughing and said " Mare,we are not getting older, the kids are !"   Always so young at heart !   You will be remembered with great respect, kindness, and a friend like no other ! You will be missed my friend, by all the people that ever knew you ! I know you are looking down on us and of course with that special smile. You are blessed and in your new home.Until we meet again, Mare  We celebrate your life !

Larry, you were the rock of the jax usms office. I will forever remember you walking thru the squad room wearing your strongly starched shirts. You were Always  put together and ready for whatever came your way! Could always count on you! Will miss you Larry. You were taken from us too soon. Rest in peace my friend. You will be missed.

Larry was not only a great co-worker, I considered him to be a good friend. He represented the Marshals Service in the most outstanding manner. Whenever I was assigned a trip to North Florida or a week long detail; I knew my time in Jacksonville would be positive because of Larry. Thank you for your devotion and dedication to the federal courts my friend, you will be missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing you.

Larry was a great guy and will be truly missed. He left a great impression on me and some fond memories for the few years that I knew him, he was very patriotic and and fun to be around. RIP Larry and may God bless you and your family.
