She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother & friend. Before her life with Alzheimer’s began, she spent her days cooking for her loved ones, tending to her flowers & visiting with friends & neighbors.
She is predeceased by her husband, Leon Zimmerman; mother, Inez Leach & son, David Rider. She leaves behind two granddaughters, Danyelle (Myles) Minchew and Danae (Justin) Higginbotham; and two great grandchildren, Mylee Anne & Bryer Minchew.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32205.
