Born in November 22, 1943 in Rock Hill, SC she and her family later moved to the Springfield area of Jacksonville where she spent her childhood years.
Justine enjoyed "piddling with her plants" and working puzzle books. She also liked to watch westerns and crime shows on television and was an avid reader as well.
Justine is preceded in death by her second husband, Joseph Bilotti, USMC Ret. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a daughter Karen Mundell (Mike), two granddaughters Danielle and Christine, one grandson Michael and one great-granddaughter Makayla all of Enfield, CT. She also leaves her son James "Jay" Humphrey, Jr and his wife Grace of Green Cove Springs, FL and a grandson William Humphrey of Jacksonville Beach, FL.
Justine Bilotti's family will be Celebrating her Life, graveside at Evergreen Cemetery 4535 N Main St Jacksonville, FL 32206 on Tuesday February 11th, 2020 at 2pm. Hardage-Giddens Riverside is serving the family.
