Julie Ann Stewart, 42, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born in Moline, Illinois in January of 1976. Julie graduated from Sandalwood High School in Jacksonville, Florida with the Class of 1994.
Julie was a stay at home mom, a loving mother and daughter. She was very outgoing and friendly and was able to make friends with anyone she met. Her family was extremely important to her and spending time with them was one of her favorite things to do. She was very organized, which helped with her work with the PTA at her son’s school. She volunteered at the school as much as she could to spend more time with Jacob and often chaperoned his school events.
Julie loved animals and recently started working as a dog walker, which she loved doing. She adored sea turtles and collected many figurines and items that featured their elegant beauty. Julie said the beach was her “happy place”, and she loved to spend time sunbathing, swimming and fishing.
Julie is survived by her son, Jacob Stewart, who she always lovingly referred to as “My Little Man”, her mother and step-father, Diane and Peter St. Laurent, her father and step-mother, William and Brenda Kall, and her grandfather, Leonard Kall. She also leaves to cherish her memory, Bruce Howard, Bette Graves, many cousins, aunts and uncles. Julie was predeceased by her grandparents, Rose and Wally Coussens, and Mary Lou Kall. Julie will be so deeply missed. She is dearly loved by her friends and family and her memory will stay with us, always and forever in our hearts.
