Juan went to school at St. John’s University in New York City and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He later obtain a Master’s degree in International Economics from Pace University. Juan was an active member of the church, he was a Catechism instructor and a member of San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church. A beloved father, husband, son, and brother, Juan will be dearly missed.
Juan is survived by his loving wife, Shirley; son, Owen; daughter, Vera; parents, Carlos and Violeta; brother, Angel; and sisters, Iliana and Diana.
A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with Vigil Prayers at 6:30pm in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin, 11801 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32223.
