Johnnie Earl Williams A native of Ocala, FL. And a proud 1964 graduate of Howard High School. Johnnie was known for his love for family, travelling, his smile and his dedication. He was an active member of the St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church. In Jacksonville, FL. Serving in the Son’s of Allen bible discovery ministry, wonderful Wednesday in the word ministry and Men of Prayer. After spending 20 plus years in the Navy he retired as a Chief Petty Officer. Johnnie and his wife Millie moved from Norfolk, Virginia to the New Orleans metropolitan area where they lived for 15 yrs. In 2005 following hurricane Katrina they decided to return back home to Florida. He resided in the Orange Park/Middleburg area until his death.

Williams (Corliss) (2) step-daughters; Stacy Cuthbertson and Robin Cuthbertson, (9) grandchildren; Ericka Williams, Kendra Williams, Ca’pree Williams, Lyrics Williams, Kenneth Williams Jr., Kiara Williams, Gabrielle Landry, Jayden Doucette, and Jaylen Doucette, (1) step-granddaughter; Nicole Cuthbertson, (3) Great-grandchildren; Mekhi Kennedy, Saige Williams and Denim Rogers, (1) sister; Valeria Williams Neal (Ernest), (6) nephews; E.J. Neal, Shaquille Neal, Ian Neal, Alec Neal, Austin Neal AND Shaun Turner (1) niece; Shayla Davis, (1) sister-in-law (3) brother-in-laws and a host of cousins and sorrowing friends.
Johnnie was proceeded in death by his wife, Mildred “Millie” Williams, parents Haywood Williams and Almisha Williams and daughter Shameka Williams.
