John was born August 19, 1942 in Shamrock, FL. He worked in retail sales for about 40 years. He enjoyed meeting friends for coffee and remembering the old times. He was predeceased by his parents, Vernell Parker and Edward Parker and a son, James Lang.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Bertie Morris; brother, William Hardy (Pat); daughter, Angela Hill (Joe Fletcher); son, Jerry Collins (Jessica); Five Grandchildren; Three Great-Grandchildren; Three nieces and Two nephews; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Annette and Jerry Langley of Valley, Alabama.
At his request there will be no memorial service. Please make a donation to the American Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.
