Born in Adel, Georgia on April 19, 1932. Deceased February 19, 2014 after a long illness.
Survived by his wife of 62 years, Sarah Riggins.
Srvived by children Dr. Wayne Riggins and Mark Sullivan, Elisa and Tommy Simpson and Sara Lynn Somers.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1948 to 1953 in the Division of the CIA and served in the Korean War. He was in management with Lerners, London Fog, Weyerhauser, and Ameron until his retirement.
He became a Christian in 1963 at Hogan Baptist Church, served as a Deacon and is now at peace in the arms of the Lord Jesus and with other loved ones that have passed before.
He was a loving husband and devoted to all of the people in his world. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.
