Jerome Francis Gaydos, 71, passed away September 23, 2014. He was born November 10, 1941 to the late John and Anna Gaydos in Hazelton, PA. He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from U.S. Steel. He was a member of the American Legion, enjoyed shopping and loved animals.
Family members include his daughter Joy (Robert) Turner and 3 grandchildren Marc, Annamarie and Brandon sisters Thelma, Dorothy, Bernice and Delores.
He is predeceased by his wife Patricia, son Jerome “Chipper” Gaydos, Jr and twelve siblings.
A funeral services will be held at 11:30am, Friday, September 26, 2014 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 10472 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville. Interment will follow in Chapel Hills Memory Gardens.
