Jane Huff

Jane Huff, 93, of Jacksonville, Fl. peacefully went to be with God on February 26th 2017. Jane was born as Jane Cox in Dover NJ on January 5th, 1924 to the late George Cox and Florence Trenberth Cox. She married her only Husband, Claude L. Huff on August 29th 1939 at Andover Methodist Church in Andover, NJ. She was a farmer’s daughter and met her husband on a farm in New Jersey. Jane is preceded in death by her husband Claude in 1966 and by her oldest Son Thomas F. Huff of Dunellen, NJ in 1991. A Beloved Grandson, Daniel B. Huff in 1982 and 7 Siblings, Gladys Cox Rhodes, Lila Cox Kent, Ruth Cox, Margaret Cox, Alda Cox Danley, Robert Cox and Wandell Cox. Jane is survived by her 7 children, Daughters Lila Huff Lewis and her Husband Jacob of Phillipsburg, N.J., Sally Huff Brong and her Husband Albert of Changewater, N.J., Mary Huff Seip and her Husband Charles of Easton, PA. And Sons, Clayton Huff and his wife Edith of Califon, N.J., David Huff and his wife Lisa of Easton, PA., Daniel Huff and his Wife Katherine of Phillipburg, N.J., and Michael Huff and his Wife Enza of Jacksonville, Fl. She leaves behind 23 Grand Children, 30 Great Grand Children and 4 Great Great Grand Children. Jane loved to crochet and volunteered her services for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society in Jacksonville, Fl. making many baby blankets and clothes for the families and children of service members. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 27th 2017 at 11am at Coughlin Funeral Home in Califon, N.J. with Jane’s Grandson, Pastor Todd Huff of the First Assembly of God Church in Freehold, N.J. presiding. Burial will follow at Lower Valley Union Cemetery in Califon, NJ.
