James Earl Thompson

Mr. James Earl "J.T." Thompson age 67 died August 17, 2012. A Florida Native he was born in Jacksonville to the late Edward "ED" and Martha Pillsbury Thompson. He was preceded in death by his wife Kay Thompson in 2003.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory a daughter, Amanda Moreland of Orange Park and three grandsons, Ty Moreland, Zakery McNair, and Zachary Cantrell.

He was a veteran of the United States Air National Guard and a member of the Northside Bible Church. J.T., as he was known by friends and family, was employed by Hilltop Automotive as a Parts Manager.

Visitation with the family will be Monday August 20th, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at Hardage-Giddens Main Street Chapel 4315 Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. A funeral Service to celebrate J.T's life will be Tuesday August 21st, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. at Hardage-Giddens Main Street Chapel. The family requests the pleasure of your company following the service at the North Main Street Baptist Church 7137 N. Main Street 32208, for more time to celebrate J.T.
