He had his practice for fifty years in Jacksonville’s Lakewood area. In 1966, he married Barbara Cochran Lorraine who he had known from Landon. Together they raised her two boys, Bruce Kessler Lorraine and Brian Keith Lorraine. They were married for 48 wonderful years where they traveled the world and enjoyed their beach house. Jim loved Gator football, but his real passion was snow skiing which he did all the way up to his 83rd year. He is survived by his sons, Bruce and Brian; his grandchildren, Johnathan, Mariah, Katie and Stephanie, and great-grandchildren, Aaden, Aria, Donovan and Genevieve.
