Jacquline Sue Denton

Daughter of John Lewis and Evorah (Boaz) McPherson, Jackie was born in Ponca City Oklahoma on Feb 16, 1946.

Jackie was a dedicated mother and wife who made it her highest priority in life of taking care of her family and serving the Lord Jesus Christ with her church. Jackie visited church members in nursing homes and had a home prayer group. Jackie will be truly missed by all those who was touched by her compassion.

Jackie is survived by her husband Ward Denton Jacksonville Florida; Two sons Bruce Denton Thomasville GA, Ray Denton Jacksonville Florida; 5 Grand Children Alyssa (Denton) Conroe Texas, Aubree Denton St Augustine Florida, Ashton Denton Ft. Bragg North Carolina (US Army), Cory Denton Wichita Kansas, and Madison Dennis Lincoln Nebraska. Brother Ronnie McPherson and sisters Sandy Hare and Linda Bostwick. Brother-in-law Larry Denton and sister-in-law Roberta Denton.

In addition to her parents, John and Evorah McPherson, Jackie was preceded in death by two brothers John McPherson, Larry McPherson; sister, Luada Sifferd; and brothers-in-law, Dan Sifferd, Bobby Hare, and Gordon Bostwick.

There will be a small graveside service at 2pm on Tuesday November 15, 2022, at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
