Jacob Marcus Overeem

OVEREEM - Jacob Marcus Overeem born August 10, 1986 went home to the Lord August 17, 2018. Loved by many Jacob enjoyed being a loving father to his 7-year-old son Callihan. They enjoyed building with legos, racing RC cars, riding bikes, and snuggling Pluto. In addition, Jacob loved spending time with family, watching Gator/Jaguar football, and building his business Victorious Lawn Care.

Jacob is preceded in death by his daughter Angel Marie Overeem, and grandfather Lloyd Brown.

Surviving Jacob are his beloved grandmother Nora brown, mother Angela Overeem (Mark Guza), Uncle Dean Brown, Son Callihan Overeem, Sister Alex Overeem (Shaun, Chaz, Sierra, and Skylar McCook), Brother Tim Overeem (Christy, and Quest), Sister Sara Jacobsen (C.J and Haley), Danielle Overeem, and Valerie Overeem (Scott Murphy) Brother Timmy Callihan, Niece Gabrielle Austreng. A celebration of life will be held September 1, 2018 at 9952 Jeanette Road Jacksonville, Fl. 32246 from 11am-2pm. Attendees are encouraged to wear blue or Gator/Jaguar attire in honor of Jacob. The family would like to give a special thanks to Victim’s Services for their assistance in laying Jacob to rest. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donation to “For Callihan’s Future” GoFundMe account. The funds will be used for Jacob’s son’s future expenses.
