She was in the United State Navy and went to Florida Community College at Jacksonville where she received a degree in Fashion Merchandising. She worked for Walmart as a cashier and also worked as a hair dresser. She belonged to the Moose Club, the Moose Promenaders, a square dance club, and was a member of Murray Hill Presbyterian Church.
To the Murray Hill Presbyterian Church Members and Moose Promenaders Club Members; my friends at Walmart I worked with for many years; Patricia Wells for making my days a joy; and Beth Bozeman; thank you for your prayers and encouragement. Hazel was survived by daughter Vicki Jean Framgli; sister Lucille Peeples; brother Worth Clark (Jackie); nieces Cheryl Thomas (Alford), Lisa Nelson (Keith), Tonya Goodrich (John), Diane Benefield (John), Debbie Coffield (Thomas), Patricia Benefield; nephews Lloyd Z. Peeples, Jr. and Jessie Beaver (Amanda).
She was preceded in death by father Ishamel Worth Clark; mother Jewel Dean Taylor Clark; and brother Robert Gerald Clark.
