Geraldine Lindo-Morrison

Our beloved mother Geraldine Lindo-Morrison, age 80, of Jacksonville, Florida went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 10, 2020 at home with her children by her side. She was born to the late Isaac and Bernes Maragh-Lindo on June 28, 1940 in the parish of St. Mary in Jamaica West Indies. Geraldine was a devoted mother to her children, grandchildren and all her family members. She was a woman of faith, courage, kindness and bravery. She would always worry about her family and their well-being, always putting others before herself.

Geraldine is survived by her sons Michael McGhie, Marc Houslin and Wayne Houslin. She leaves behind nine grandchildren Sean, Simone, Amanda, Megan, Shayne, Chloe, Rachael, Sheadon, and Ashleigh; and three great grandchildren Justin, Halo, and Malana. She is also survived by her brothers Alvin, Weston, sister Valrey and sisters-in-law Alice, Beverly, and Jean. She was preceded in death by brothers Kenneth and Charles.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin.
