George E. Lott, 62 long-time resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away peacefully Monday, March 18, 2019. He loved the outdoors, especially the beach and hunting. He was a true lover of classic rock and one of the funniest people you could know. He is preceded in death by his parents, B.J. and Evelyn, his youngest sister Bonnie, and his oldest brother Johnny. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Ella Lott, his sisters Brenda Patten, Cynthia Lott, and Michelle Barron(Andres), his brother David, his daughters Jessica Strifler (John), Angela Martin, and Sheri Payne, 4 grandchildren, 2 nephews, and 1 niece and of course his best buddy, our family dog Boots. Memorial service will be Tuesday March 26, 2019 at 3pm at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
