retired navy veteran and in life actively donated to support his
fellow veterans as well as to support many wildlife organizations.
He is survived by his brother, Mike Proctor, daughter, Karen Noe, and
granddaughter China Horgan.
His family would like to thank the Mayo Clinic as well as the Community
Hospice of North East Florida for their excellent care.
A service will be held at the Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home,
850 St Johns Bluff Rd N, Jacksonville, FL 32225 (904) 641-9755 on
Tuesday, November 4th, 2013 at 10;30 a.m. and he will be laid to rest at
1:00 p.m. the same day at the Jacksonville National Cemetery,
4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218 (904) 766-5222. All are welcome.
