Frances Geneva Frier Parmelee passed away on September 29, 2019, in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on April 17, 1934, in Mayo, FL. After graduating from Robert E. Lee High School, Geneva worked for several insurance companies before becoming a fulltime homemaker. She enjoyed her family, home, and travel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Belvie Jennings Frier Sr. and Edna Frier Kirkland; and by sisters, Dorothy Wilkinson Burch, Charlotte Brooker, and Ethel Carroll.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Parmelee; daughter, Beverly Parmelee; brothers, B.J. Frier and J.C. Frier (Ruth); sister, Eleanor Bales (Evan); brother-in-law, Fred Brooker; and many nieces and nephews.
