Evelyn Phillips Murray, age 97, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on December 5, 2022. She was born to John F. and Edna Hunt Phillips on November 30, 1925 in Jacksonville. She married Remer A. Murray, who died in 1980, on August 9, 1947. Evelyn enjoyed gardening, yard work and traveling.
She is survived by daughters, Sharon Murray and Carol Murray, both of Jacksonville, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death are her parents, John F. and Edna Hunt Phillips; husband, Remer A. Murray; and sisters Gladys L. (Lois) Phillips Scarborough and Delores A. Phillips Blum.
