Evelyn Louise Carter

Evelyn was born August 23, 1943 to Era and Jessie Googe and is a Jacksonville native.

She was described as an imaginative, and effervescent child. Evelyn loved to dance, smile and laugh and as a teenager attended Andrew Jackson high school. Evelyn devoted 27 years to Florida Telco and is survived by her husband Norman Carter and two children, Kimberly Seablom and David Carter. Evelyn will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, gracious smile and will be greatly missed by many.

A visitation will occur Monday, October 3, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Freedom Christian Fellowship Church, 3423 Loretto Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32223.

A funeral service will occur Monday, October 3, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Freedom Christian Fellowship Church, 3423 Loretto Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32223.

A graveside service will be held Monday, October 3, 2022 following the funeral service at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 N Main Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32206.
