Eva Lee Millis Crawford

Eva Lee Millis Crawford, 98, was born on November 14, 1918 in Jacksonville, Florida and passed away on August 29, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended Andrew Jackson High School and retired after many years of service to JC Penney.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Van Russell and Mabel Bessie Millis; a brother, Mickey Millis; and her son, Kenny Crawford. Her memory will be cherished by her daughter, Lynda Lee (Dan); 5 grandchildren, Christopher Lee (Sunny), Lori Garner (John), Lisa Crawford, Judy Crawford, Tracy Crawford; and 6 great-grandchildren, Shelby Garner, J. D. Garner, Gillian Garner, Camden Lee, Carter Lee, and Abbie Atkins; 6 siblings, Margaret Napier, Elizabeth Emmick, Jean King, Van Russell Millis, Jackie Farford, Jack Millis (Pat); and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund, in her memory or a charity of your choice. Funeral services will be held at 11am, Friday, September 1, 2017 at Ft. Caroline Christian Church, 7535 Fort Caroline Rd., Jacksonville, Floida 32277 with Rev. Harold Stanfill, officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11am at the church prior to the service. Interment will follow in Restlawn Cemetery at 2:30pm.
