Erma F. Joyce

Erma F. Joyce, 87, of Jacksonville passed away on September 20, 2013. Erma is preceded by daughter, Judy Joyce Smith, parents, Emma and John Fulcher, infant brother, John Reynolds and sister, Mary Divers and her husband Zelna. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 67 years James Joyce, son, Karl Joyce (Jessie), brother, John Garland (Elva) five grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. Erma loved being with her family. She enjoyed cooking for everyone she knew. Erma’s hobbies include needlepoint, reading, and playing cards. She retired as a LPN with over 20 years with Dr. David E. Pirrung and Dr. David Gouch at the Westside Clinic on Blanding Blvd. She will be remembered for her love of family, kind heart, and determining spirit. Family will receive friends and family from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Thursday, Sept. 126, 2013 at Hardage- Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32205. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, Sept. 27, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral services at Riverside Memorial Park located at 7242 Normandy Blvd Jax., FL 32205
