Eleanor Darlene Albright

Darlene Albright, 61, died Tuesday, July 28, 2015. She was born in Tifton, Georgia and raised in Lenox, Georgia. She attended and graduated from Cook High School. Darlene was devoted to God and was a faithful member at San Jose Baptist Church, where she also sang in the church choir. She enjoyed tending to her potted plants and loved her dogs.

Darlene is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, David Albright; sister, Lougene Norman; brother, Billy Godwin; two granddaughters, Raeghan and Zoey Albright; nieces and nephews, Rachel, Renea, Brad, Felton; great-nieces and great-nephews, Kate, Will, John Mark, Luke; special caregiver, Maria Simmons and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Funeral services will be held at eleven o’clock in the morning on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at San Jose Baptist Church, 6140 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida.

Funeral services in Lenox, Georgia will be held at eleven o’clock in the morning on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Lenox Baptist Church, 271 W. Central Avenue, Lenox, Georgia, and the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Staunton Cemetery in Lenox, Georgia.
