Douglas J. Snyder, 82, passed away April 6, 2011, after a short illness. Survivors include his spouse, RoseAnn Snyder; children Linda (Wayne) Gordon, and Carla (Tom) Campbell; grandsons: Bradley (Sallie) Gordon, and Garth Whitaker; step-children Maria Hagan and Christian Hagan; step-grandchildren Jacob Howard, Jessica Hagan, Christina Hagan, and Elizabeth Hagan. Mr. Snyder, an intense believer and defender of freedom and the United States of America, served in the Army-Air Forces and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
