Donnie Dennison better known to family and friends as "Hobo" born November 21, 1951, passed away in Hospice Care surrounded by family on Oct 07, 2020 at the age of 68. Donnie was born 11-21-1951 in Douglas, Georgia, to Olean Dennison and Edward Dennison.
He served in the United States Air Force as a Firefighter and retired as a Firefighter Engineer with Jacksonville Fire/Rescue Department after 23 years.
Surviving and missing him is his only child and loving daughter, Carly who followed his career as a Firefighter; his siblings Ernie, Wade (Debbie), Conway (Vivian), Linda, Charles (Karen) and many nephews.
Donnie’s passions included is love of fresh water fishing, hunting for deer and cookouts with family and friends.
He was fearless in his journeys through life and always took it to the limit. His kindness and generosity continued even when he passed as he gave the gift of life and wellness for others in being a registered organ and tissue donor.
There is no doubt that all who knew Donnie will miss his contagious smile and laughter.
