Don Alan Kirkpatrick

Don Alan Kirkpatrick, Sr., age 73, passed away January 1, 2017. He was born to the late Bo Baxter and Mary Lou Kirkpatrick in Memphis, Tennessee on September 25, 1943. He graduated from White Station High School in Memphis and attended Montreat College where he met his lovely bride on a blind date to Ashville. He moved to Jacksonville in 1965 and was partner of W.B. Fleming Co. in Jacksonville, Florida and Tifton, Georgia for over 50 years. He and his wife enjoyed international traveling and his favorite places were Singapore and Hong Kong.

Family members include his loving wife of 52 years, Madeline Kirkpatrick; sons, Bradley Cole (Beth) Kirkpatrick of Jacksonville, Florida, and Don Alan (Kelli Oliver) Kirkpatrick of Ashville, North Carolina; grandsons, Landon Oliver Kirkpatrick and Tyler William Kirkpatrick.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Hardage-Giddens Hendricks Chapel, 4115 Hendricks Ave., Jacksonville, Florida. Private interment will be held in Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida.
