Deborah Curry, 47, passed away March 25, 2011, after an extended illness. She was a native of Jacksonville, FL. Deborah was a graduate of Sandalwood High School, attended Florida State University and received her Nursing Degree from the University of South Florida. She was a supporter and contributor of the Jacksonville Humane Society and an avid automobile enthusiast. Deborah pursued that goal by working at Tom Bush BMW. The last six years Deborah spent her time taking care of her family and fulfilling her passion for women’s accessories with an online business. She is preceded in death by her daughter, McKenzie Merium. Deborah will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Mitch Fields; mother, Mary Ward; sister, Michelle Hilton (Dragos Bordinca); her 5 pets whom she considered her children, Peaches, Cowboy, Rocky, Mo and Buster; numerous extended family members who will miss her as well. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 in the chapel of the funeral home.
