Survivors include his mother, Kathy; wife, Isolina Phillips; sister, Shari Weaver; brothers, Mark Dundale, Todd Dundale (Virginia) and sister-in-law Mary Dundale; daughters Natashia and Nazaneen Malek; nephews, Denis Weaver (Jennifer) and Joseph Dundale; nieces, Lisa Weaver and Cameron Dundale; uncle, Peter Brock; aunt, Aimee Dreyfuss; grandchildren, Destiny, Raymond, and Amin Khan; great nephews, Dakota and Jude Weaver, Dillon and Casey Mothershed. David was preceded in death by his father, Joseph; grandparents, Cecil and Myrtle Brock; and brother, Brian Dundale.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Sautrday, June 28 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. A gathering for family and friends will be held after the service at the family’s home in Mandarin.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in David’s name be given to Department of Development, Mayo Clinic, 200 First Street SW, Rochester, MN 55905 or to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at www.jdrf.org.
