David is preceded in death by his father William Ted Brown and mother Barbara (LaRue) Brown.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Alderson) Brown, son Andrew Ted Brown, his sister Sue Wade (Gary), brothers, Kris (Deborah), Mike (Mel), and his twin Dale (Mary).
David proudly served in the Coast Guard and was retired from Vistakon, where he was a Senior Scientist.
A celebration of life will occur Monday, July 5, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
